Entrance Assessments\/ Interviews<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0There will be a written assessment for the students seeking admission to Class I onwards.<\/li>\n
  • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Results will be displayed on the Notice Board on the dates specified.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    WITHDRAWAL RULES :<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Application for withdrawal is to be made on a prescribed proforma available in the school office. No child is withdrawn till a written request from parents is put up.<\/li>\n
    • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0A one- month notice period or one- month notice fee is required for withdrawal.<\/li>\n
    • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Clearance must be obtained from the laboratory and library incharge before applying for withdrawal.<\/li>\n
    • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Transfer Certificate will be issued after 15 days of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues. procedures and terms & conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      BUS \/ VAN RULES :
      \n<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Request for using the bus \/ van must be made at the beginning of the session i.e. in the month of April. No request will be entertained during the mid session.<\/li>\n
      • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Existing routes will continue to ply. Change in routes and bus \/ van stops will not be entertained during the session.<\/li>\n
      • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0It will be the sole responsibility of the parents to escort the pupil to and from the fixed bus stops. The bus \/ van<\/strong> facility is extended at the sole risk and responsibility of the parents.<\/li>\n
      • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Any suggestions or complaints should be reported to the transport incharge. Parents are expected to treat the bus \/ van staff kindly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        RIGHT TO ALTERATION \/ MODIFICATION :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Management reserves the right to modify, alter and\/or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the Institution.<\/li>\n
        • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Seth Anandram Jaipuria School,\u00a0Alambagh Campus (Lucknow)<\/strong> reserves its right to change the Fee Structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          MEDICAL FACILITY :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          We have \u2018an experienced doctor and a trained nurse\u2019 to provide necessary first aid to the students in time of emergency. An annual health checkup including dental and eye check-up by specialists is a regular feature along with maintaining medical record of each and every child. Health advisory on prevention of various diseases like swine flu, dengue, chicken pox, etc. is also a regular feature.<\/p>\n

          • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Students will be provided first aid only in the school premises in case of medical problem.<\/li>\n
          • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0In case of chronic diseases, school will only inform the parents telephonically. Parents will be expected to reach school at the earliest.<\/li>\n
          • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Expenses on first aid will be borne by the school. All other expenses in case of hospitalization\/ visit to private clinic \/ medicine will be borne by the parents.<\/li>\n
          • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0The school has a well equipped dispensary to deal with emergency<\/li>\n
          • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0The school provides facilities of First-aid only.<\/li>\n
          • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0The school can not be held responsible for injury suffered by a child. No reimbursement of charges would be made towards any medical treatment.<\/li>\n
          • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0The School has an In- house Doctor & a trained Nurse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            PROCEDURE FOR FEE PAYMENT :<\/strong><\/h3>\n

              • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0At the time of admission, fee is payable by bank draft \/ pay order only at the school office.<\/li>\n
              • <\/i>\u00a0Cheque should be drawn in favor of “Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Alambagh Campus (lucknow)”<\/li>\n
              • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Fee is to be paid in advance for every three months before 10th of the first month. Fee once paid is not refundable, unless specified otherwise.<\/li>\n
              • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Payment of fee by cheque shall be accepted by our banker upto 10th of the first month of a term in which the payment falls due. Thereafter payment will be accepted by the school office through cheques only.<\/li>\n
              • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Incase cheque is dishonoured, parents are liable to pay Rs 500\/- as bank charges.<\/li>\n
              • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Fine for Late Payment : Late Fee Rs.20\/- per day as a penalty will be charged upto the 2nd month of a quarter (i.e. May, August, November & February). The name of the student will be struck off the rolls if the fee is not paid by the end of the quarter month (i.e. June, September, December & March). Re-admission fee of Rs. 5000\/- will be charged once the names is struck off.<\/li>\n
              • <\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Only tuition fee and security amount will be refundable incase of withdrawal before the session starts i.e Pt April. Incase of withdrawal after 1″ April, only security amount will be refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
