Green Day

Colours fill our lives with happiness and joy. Each colour has its own identity which helps them to stand out unique in its form. This time, the colour GREEN emerged as the showstopper for the pre-primary students and created an everlasting impression in the minds of the tiny tots. Green is associated with nature, life and energy. Keeping this in mind Pre-primary wing of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Alambagh Campus under the guidance of our Principal Ma’am Ms Gunjan Danani conducted Green Day on 07.07.23 with great zeal and enthusiasm. Our Pre-primary wing dressed in all shades of green created an eco-friendly atmosphere.

The Playgroup, Nursery, K.G students and teachers came to school dressed in pretty green attires and looked eco-friendly. The stage was beautifully decorated in a green theme and all the green objects. Pre-Nursery and K.G students were taught the identification and recognition of green fruits, vegetables, leaves and trees. A guided nature walk was organized to explore the immediate surroundings of the kindergarten. The children were accompanied by their teachers, who shared interesting facts about different plants, insects, and birds they encountered along the way.‘Play group children did thumb painting whereas nursery and KG students did vegetable printing. Green Day was a practical learning experience for the children and was very enjoyable. Through engaging activities and interactive learning experiences, the children gained valuable knowledge about nature. It was our privilege that our students were personally blessed and encouraged by senior school authorities. A wonderful day that ended in a much more wonderful way.
