Labour Day

“Labour is the ladder through which human dignity and creative excellence are expressed.”

Keeping the belief, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Alambagh Campus ,celebrated the Labour Day with aplomb to extend gratitude towards the employees who work their fingers to the bone and keep the wheels of an organisation rolling. The day initiated with the special assembly in which the entire school resonated with the special song sung by all.

In order to honour their commendable support they render to us, the School awarded them with appreciation certificates and gifts which could create memories.

The students were also taken for a drive outside the school where they distributed groceries to the labours. This activity encouraged the learners to show empathy and compassion towards the people without whom no country can function well. They recited self -composed poems and slogans to further escalate the essence of the day.

The Principal of the School, Ms. Gunjan Danani, briefed the students about Labour Day and its importance. She lauded the efforts of the students and said that all must learn to respect and appreciate the hard work and dedication of the working class. She also appreciated the activities designed to foster a better understanding of the importance of labour community.
