Raksha Bandhan’ or ‘Rakhi’ is a special occasion to celebrate the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions.
Seth Anandram Jaipuria School Alambagh Campus not only fosters academics but also strengthens bonds which last forever.To commemorate the most pious day of love, the School organised various events in the School Campus.
The day started with an extremely informative assembly based on the theme of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ The students depicted the importance of the day through a play. Our little girls tied rakhis to the boys of the class who presented them with alluring gifts and promised to protect them.
An Inter – House Rakhi Making Competition was further conducted on 26th July,2024 under the guidance of our esteemed and innovative Principal Ms. Gunjan Danani . She not only inspired the students to make beautiful rakhis but also appreciated them through her positive aura.
Students made beautiful Rakhis using different articles like silken thread, mirrors , ear buds ribbon, etc. The competitive spirit amongst all the four houses echoed in the entire school conferring their zeal to win. Their artisanship was quite fascinating and children thoroughly enjoyed this activity that tickled their creative side. Their dedication for the event was truly praiseworthy.
