Janmashtami Celebration 2026

Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Alambagh Campus, celebrated Janmashtami with great devotion, enthusiasm and festive fervour. The celebration was graced by Dr. Vivek Tangri, who attended the programme as the Chief Guest.

The programme commenced with a soulful prayer, creating an atmosphere of peace and spirituality. Students presented a vibrant cultural programme depicting the life and teachings of Lord Krishna through melodious devotional songs, graceful dances and an engaging enactment.

The little ones added a special charm to the celebration as they dressed up as Radha and Krishna. Their colourful attire and delightful performances beautifully captured the innocence and playfulness associated with Krishna’s childhood.

The traditional Dahi Handi activity added excitement and energy to the celebrations. Students participated enthusiastically, showcasing the spirit of teamwork, coordination and unity.

The presence of Dr. Vivek Tangri added significance to the occasion. Through his words, he inspired the students to imbibe the timeless teachings of Lord Krishna in their daily lives and emphasised the importance of inner strength, compassion, righteousness and selfless action.

The celebration concluded with a sense of joy, devotion and togetherness. The vibrant performances and meaningful messages made the occasion a memorable one, while reminding everyone that the true essence of Janmashtami lies in faith, love, righteousness and the pursuit of a purposeful life.
